Abbiamo ultimato questo progetto da poco ed ora è interessante trarne qualche bilancio. Costruire una casa in legno è molto interessante e conveniente ed ora vi illustro il perché.

Prima di tutto il legno è un   materiale naturale e caldo e proviene da foreste controllate, nel caso delle nostre costruzioni. In secondo luogo per fare una casa in legno ci vogliono davvero pochissimi mesi e si possono fare notevoli risparmi rispetto ai cantieri tradizionali. Un altro aspetto fondamentale sta nell'ottenere una casa ecologica a basso consumo energetico che consentente sia il confort nella stagione invernale che in quella estiva.

Ma il punto di forza che a molti di voi interessa sicuramente in questo periodo è il prezzo. Infatti se non si hanno pretese particolarmente esuberanti nelle finiture, si può costruire  una casa in classe A+ a solo 1100 € al mq ottenendo qualcosa di unico e performante al prezzo di un edificio tradizionale, quest'ultimo decisamente meno all'avanguardia del primo.

Un buon progetto e una buona tecnica di costruzione ad un prezzo concorrenziale.

We have just completed this project and now it is interesting to draw some budget. Building a wooden house is very attractive and affordable and now I show you why.

First of all, wood is a natural material and warm and comes from managed forests, in the case of our buildings. Secondly, to make a wooden house we really want a few months and you can make significant savings compared to traditional construction. Another key issue is to obtain an ecological house with low energy consumption that is consenting comfort in winter and in summer.

But the strong point that many of you are interested in this period is definitely the price. In fact, if you do not have pretensions particularly exuberant finishes, you can build a house in class A + only 1100 € per sq m getting something unique and powerful at the price of a traditional building, the latter far less advanced than the first.

Good design and good construction technique at a competitive price.
