I wonder what will this phenomenon create?
At this rate, where will it end?
How did we come to sell off a profession already abused?
If it were a purely economic we will be faced with a use and consumption of architects cheap because undoubtedly, compared to a surveyor or an engineer, the first in theory have much more to offer. They have spent several years at school, often with uncertain results, warming the chair.
Continues to be the exact opposite. I am convinced then the wrong direction that has taken the issue.
This is not a response to a cultural problem: it is not discounting the 80% what you know, that you fight the unfair competition. The low cost architects that rages on the web, is basically a declaration of impotence. Defenseless before the overtaking implemented by trained and improvised designers, interior designers, consultants and all-rounder legitimized by law, architects have fallen into the trap and see no way out. Here then are invented packages with project costs per room or per number of three-dimensional views, hypothetical virtual visits, websites comics to encourage the sympathetic contact with the professional behind the screen. This stand behind, distant and silent scares me.
The architect should stay in front of you, become intimate and make you feel all his voice.
The architect takes on aspects which are often unnoticed: in need of renovation, fear of the unknown, the necessity of sharing, the desire to feel the connection with the land and why not fear to look within themselves.
But right there is his surplus-value, it is not an argument that you can debase with rates of a few euro, or a quality to revive and promozionare as if it were the drink of the moment.
They Should invest their time and resources to revive the fortunes of their profession and contribute instead of wither on a desert where no rain for years. The results of the  low cost policy are mirages as the solutions they served up. Projects are not projects as soon as anyone could implementing them with a careful observation of the good around us.
We need of high quality architects more than low cost architects.
