Il progetto come adesione al proprio tempo pare essere una pestilenza da cui fuggire. Se controllare è arrogarsi il diritto di soffocare movimenti culturali di cui non si comprendono gli estremi, rilegando tempistiche e modi al libero arbitrio, al solo scopo di rallentare il naturale flusso degli eventi. Aspetto saliente è la disparità di dialogo che genera atrito tra promotore e legislatore, in evidente squilibrio. Affermare per certo che qui siamo in una zona a tessuto consolidato e a carattere riconoscibile implica come minimo il porsi dei quesiti adeguati. E’ possibile sostenere che il carattere preminente nell’immediato intorno sia la diversità? Palesato questo assioma il progetto si colloca aderente e rispettoso, rileggendo con linguaggio contemporaneo quei tratti riscontrabili a pochi metri da se! La forma con tetto rovesciato è familiare e addolcita dal colore degli esterni. Non spaventi il tagliente profilo scaturito da modellini e collage fotografici essendo questi strumenti di studio in itinere e non portatori di un’immagine definitiva! L’architettura è un processo di verità che si da a noi quando la attraversiamo, non con lo sguardo che è strumento ingannatore, ma con il nostro camminare saggiando nei passi il sapore inatteso del nuovo come scoperta. Non è una questione di gusto soggettivo coscienti che la verità delle cose ha una natura duplice: ciò che conosciamo e ciò che ancora non abbiamo incontrato. A volte piacevole, a volte molto meno.
