Within an environment dimensionally small, the furniture was placed along the perimeter, the same logic that defines the perimeter of the house.
The need to re-order finds response through the extreme discipline. Modularity and proportion characterize the environments that become certain and reliable.
The free space is the space of everyday life, personal interpretation of the space, and an independent path from pre-packaged logics...
A unique criterion matches to a single material: 3-layer laminated Tecnopan used in building. It can be used reinforced concrete or to create "aesthetic of reuse." This choice makes the environment continuously and without interruption primitive and imbalances.
The coating is independent from the electric/hydraulic plant, which pierces the skin of the perimeter in order to fulfill its function. The choice of only two materials such as stone and wood, simplifies the means of expression, the effort is to attribute to them the meaning of the "whole". Starting from a completely different premise from that of the "skin", the use of wood as a main background comes from the complete rejection of mediocrity and conventionality of housing, without any identity, with which we often have to compare ourselves.
We create furniture with its own personality that shows itself in their details, such as milling and recesses, to track their constructive path. This continuum of identity, free from all constraint, resting on the bottom heavy monotonous, gray stone cemented elements which dialogue with the horizontal concrete floors, everything donates weight, immobility and austerity.
