Costruire non basta più, servirebbe costruire per un buon motivo o per una qualche nobile ragione. Individuare la modalità corretta non è facile e richiede molto tempo con altrettanto sforzo economico. Da noi inoltre è già stato tutto costruito, spesso male, ma non mancano di certo gli edifici per questo o quella funzione. Sarebbe più sensato recuperare gli edifici esistenti e riproporli secondo nuovi criteri aderenti ai bisogni impellenti. E' altrettanto vero che anche ristrutturare è un'arte. 

Se si deve necessariamente edificare il  nuovo allora che sia una costruzione sincera, attenta all'ambiente e senza dispersioni di nessun genere, con materiali riciclati o che abbiano una vita longeva.

Insomma un'architettura per l'uomo e per l'ambiente circostante.
